The process We will dispatch an ISA Certified Arborist to your location to look at the tree or trees within one business day.  We will identify the species of tree, measure the diameter at breast height (dbh) and rate the condition of the tree paying special attention to any potential hazards. We will then write you a proposal for work based on your concerns or desires and the condition of the tree. To accept the proposal and the attached terms and conditions, just call the office and one of our staff will schedule the work.
